The story of Olé Mexican Foods exemplifies the American Dream. With tradition passed down by her grandmother from her native Mexico, Veronica Moreno began selling homemade corn tortillas in her Atlanta neighborhood in 1988. Since the first tortilla came off of our tortilla press all those years ago, Olé has been committed to one goal: to make and deliver the freshest authentic Mexican tortillas. Through the years we have expanded on that promise.
In 2002, in response to operator demand, Olé began selling shelf stable authentic Mexican tortillas, specially-formulated for the foodservice industry. From a beginning of 13 basic tortilla offerings, Olé Foodservice has expanded to offer over 125 items.
Using the same principles that our small, family-run business embodied when we began with one tortilla press, Olé continues to expand, building manufacturing facilities across the United States.
Today, as a national leader in the tortilla category, Olé Deliciously Authentic Tortillas and Chips are available coast to coast, through local, national, and international foodservice distributors including Chef’s Kitchen, which distributes throughout the entire Midwest.
