Personal Guarantee
The undersigned, in consideration of the extension of credit to the named Customer, hereby personally guarantees payment of all liabilities and obligations of the Customer, including all amounts currently or subsequently due and owing on the Customer’ s account.
The Guarantor acknowledges and agrees that credit would not be extended to the named Customer without this Personal Guarantee.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction.
This Personal Guarantee shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois. Any dispute, claim, or action arising out of or relating to this Personal Guarantee or the Customer’ s indebtedness shall be brought exclusively in a state or federal court located in the State of Illinois, and the Guarantor consents to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
