Q. DO I HAVE TO BE A MEMBER TO SHOP AT YOUR STORE?
A Yes, We like to keep our shopping experience exclusive to our customers who are business owners. Business owners do not have time to fight the crowds, they need to grab their supplies and get back to their business. Also, our suppliers understand that our customers are business owners and they discount their products heavily so that we can save them on their bottom line.
Q. HOW DO YOUR PRICES COMPARE TO OTHER WHOLESALERS?.
A. Our prices are extremely competitive. We buy in bulk direct from manufacturers and pass the savings on to our customers.
Q. DO YOU DELIVER?
A. Yes, we do deliver to all of Chicago and surrounding neighborhoods. Delivery fees and minimum order sizes apply.
Q. HOW MANY PRODUCTS DO YOU CARRY?
A. We carry over 10,000 products and have access to thousands more through our special order department. If you can’t find it on our shelves, let us know and we’ll have it ready at will call by the next day.
Q. DO YOU OFFER WILL CALL?
A. Yes, we do, you can call, fax or email your order to us by 4pm for next day pick up. Same day will call available when placed early in the day.

Q. WHAT ARE YOUR STORE HOURS?
A. Monday through Saturday 6am – 5pm. Limited access to products on Sunday.
Q. DO YOU ACCEPT ALL MAJOR CREDIT CARDS?
A. Yes, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and CASH. Sorry, no personal or busines checks.
Q. HOW MANY MEMBERSHIP CARDS DO I GET WHEN I SIGN UP?
A. We know that owners are not the only ones who do the shopping, that’s why we give you three! (one credit card size and two key tag cards)
